Troop Leader Training and National Youth Leadership Training
All positions for leadership are trained for their position during one of two Troop Leadership Training sessions taught by the Scoutmaster. These trainings occur immediately after the semi-annual leadership elections. Percent of leadership that attend the trainings are 85-100%.

Usually we attend every other year. Last attended Philmont 2010. We have a trek planned and approved for 2012. Over the years, our troop has sent a total of 12 treks to Philmont.
